Hello! I was at the Qatar Airways Tokyo Office last week and had such an easy time. The people working there were so friendly and patient with all of my questions. They rebooked a flight for me no problem and even provided me with great tips on my layover in Doha. Everything was explained clearly and I didn't feel rushed whatsoever. The office is clean, up-to-date, and really welcoming. It was more like chatting with a friend than experiencing airline protocol. I left feeling positive about my next trip. This level of customer service doesn't happen very often and is greatly appreciated. Huge thumbs up to the Tokyo team!
